Healthcare2U is a non-insurance healthcare alternative that eliminates claims while providing convenient and affordable access to direct primary care. Through our Proprietary Private Physician Network (PPN)™ Healthcare2U provides a unique patient-navigation platform which guides our members through the healthcare system. Members receive access to our nationwide PPN for acute care at $10 an in-office visit and $25 for urgent care. For the same $10 in-office fee, Healthcare2U also detects and manages 13 of the most prevalent chronic disease states. In addition, we offer around-the-clock telehealth for $0 out-of-pocket cost and contract with our practitioners to practice generic-first protocols for pharmaceuticals.

Healthcare2U’s nationwide Direct Primary Care plus (DPCplus) membership1 caters to members through aordable and easy-to-access
primary medical care. DPCplus is available when and where members need it via our PAL concierge and Private Physician Network
(PPN)™. Through DPC, Healthcare2U breaks down barriers to quality primary care so members can focus on healthy living without the
cost. Eligible members2 receive the unlimited services listed below by contacting Healthcare2U’s PAL concierge during business hours.3

As a Healthcare2U member, you receive unlimited support through our PAL concierge
- 1. Healthcare2U’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare membership. DPC is not insurance and does not satisfy ACA minimum essential coverage.
- 2. Individuals ages 2 to 65 are eligible for Healthcare2U’s DPC membership, Dependents under the age of two are not eligible to enroll for Healthcare2U. Dependent children are eligible for membership until the last day of their 25th year. Individuals are eligible for membership until the last day of their 64th year.
- 3. No walk-ins allowed. Unlimited services (including Virtual DPC/telehealth) must be accessed through Healthcare2U's Patient Advocacy Line (PAL)™ and all care is provided through our physician network. In-oce appointments are only available within business hours (Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM CST). Our PAL may direct the member to another level of care if appropriate, depending on the member's condition and utilization of services. Applicable visit fees apply. After hours? - 4. Well-woman pap smear pathology interpretation is not included in the annual physical. Dependent on membership type, the annual physical may only be accessible after six consecutive months of membership
- 5. Telehealth and discount programs are provided through third-party organizations and are not connected to Healthcare2U. Contact your agent for more information.
- 6. Healthcare2U does not provide specialty care outside of our partner-physician clinics. If Member currently sees a specialist for an advanced disease state, we do not recommend leaving that specialist.
How to Access Membership Benefits
To use Healthcare2U’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) benefits, members must call our bilingual Patient Advocacy Line (PAL) and speak to our certified medical professionals. These medical professionals guide members through their healthcare options and assist with scheduling care and much more! To make this process easy, here are the simple steps to access everything that Healthcare2U’s membership offers.
Step 1: If a Healthcare2U member begins to feel ill, the member will call Healthcare2U’s bilingual Patient Advocacy Line (PAL) at +1 (800) 496-2805. Based upon the member’s symptoms, Healthcare2U’s medical professionals will provide direct primary care options of a Virtual DPC consult or an in-once doctor’s appointment with a Healthcare2U physician or urgent care facility (in-once appointments are only available within business hours of 7 AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Friday).
Step 2: Once the member chooses the option they would like to pursue, Healthcare2U medical professionals will schedule the virtual consult or in-once appointment.
Step 3:
In-Office Appointment: During business hours, Healthcare2U’s medical professionals will make the appointment and will call the member back with appointment details. The Healthcare2U member is responsible for the visit fees associated with their care ($10 fee for primary care or $25 for urgent care). At the appointment, the
physician will treat the member and prescribe generic medication if necessary.
Virtual DPC: Shortly after speaking with Healthcare2U, the member will receive a call from a licensed medical professional. With membership, virtual consult services are $0 out-of-pocket cost. When appropriate, the physician will call in a prescription to the member’s pharmacy of choice. Virtual DPC is available 24/7/365 for acute after-hours care.

Yes, Healthcare2U accepts preexisting conditions within manageable ranges. These chronic conditions can be treated at
Healthcare2U’s physician clinics for $10 a visit. If a member currently sees a specialist for an advanced disease state, we do not
recommend leaving that specialist.

There is not a limit on Healthcare2U services if they are scheduled through Healthcare2U’s Patient Advocacy Line (PAL).
